Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and really nice, but it would have been even better if they had two queen size beds instead of two full size beds. The service I received was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my travel purposes, but there were a few misunderstandings and problems during check-in. The dining experience was good overall, although a bit on the expensive side. The facilities were top-notch, especially the fitness area.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff extremely friendly. However, the dining options were somewhat limited. The location was convenient for my purposes and offered interesting nearby attractions. Overall, a good value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, but I found my room left open by housekeeping late at night, which was unsettling. The service was very friendly and helpful. The location, although not what I expected, was close to good restaurants and convenient for travel. The dining experience was average with limited options and slightly overpriced. The hotel's facilities were good, but I felt like there could be some improvements.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, although lacking a safe, refrigerator, and bathroom vent fan, were very pleasant, comfortable, and impressively clean. While the decor felt a bit dated, it didn't hinder my overall comfort. The service was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to provide helpful information and chat with me about the local attractions and news. The location, although somewhat sketchy and not what I was expecting, offers easy access to the bike trail system and Abbot Northwestern Childrens Hospital, but walking over a mile for better dining options was a downside. Unfortunately, the evening period felt a bit unsafe. The dining options were somewhat limited and on the pricey side, but the fresh made latte on the club level was a nice touch. The facilities were good overall.
The hotel offers spacious and quiet rooms, comfortable for working and sleeping, with a nice big desk by the window. The heat/AC unit in all guestrooms is convenient, but there were still room service dishes sitting outside some rooms. The service was a mix but overall good, making our stay in Minneapolis a pleasure. The location, while not the nicest part of town, was friendly and helpful, even in a blizzard. The dining experience provided fresh made lattes on the club level, but the average continental breakfast was not impressive.
